I know there are still a lot of island to explore and island hopping to join with, like may you didn't choose Tour B and D yet or B and C, 3rd day is always best enjoyed enjoying the inland beaches of El Nido and just chill.
You can do island hopping for 3 days in a row of course, depending on what you wanted. But then, you don't want to miss the 2nd longest white beach in the Philippines - Nacpan, or the surfing spot of El Nido, Duli, or the Beach in Lio, or other beaches around the inland.
